How to set the stage
Audio
A wireless handheld microphone is preferred (Dr. Wilma Ann incorporates vocal performance). A lavaliere as backup is welcome. House sound should be tested before doors open.
Visual aids
LCD projector and screen sized appropriately for the audience, with the capacity to play audio and video from her presentation.
Laptop & slides
Unless arranged ahead of time, Dr. Wilma Ann presents from her own laptop and remote. Her presentation includes embedded audio and video, so the on-site A/V technician should provide audio-out and display cables (HDMI/USB-C).
Recording
No audio or video recording of any kind is permitted during the presentation without Dr. Wilma Ann's prior written permission.
Book table & signing
For events including her book, please provide a signing table near the exit. Bulk copies of Find Your Voice and Use It can be arranged in advance — email to coordinate.
